Service Agreement

By using Saints Events services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our luxury concierge services are provided exclusively to adults (18+) for legal entertainment and hospitality purposes.

Booking & Payment

  • Deposits are required to confirm bookings
  • Full payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation
  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for refund eligibility
  • Last-minute cancellations may forfeit deposits

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Treat all staff with respect and professionalism
  • Comply with local laws and venue regulations
  • Provide accurate information for service delivery
  • Accept liability for damages caused by their group

Service Limitations

Saints Events reserves the right to refuse service, modify bookings, or terminate arrangements if client behavior violates our policies, local laws, or threatens staff safety.

Liability

Saints Events acts as a concierge and booking service. We are not liable for actions of third-party venues, transportation providers, or independent contractors beyond our direct control.
